Hi Folks !
How's Life?!
When we were in school, there used to be small 'autograph books' which got passed around at the end of the year for sentimental or funny messages.
I remember a couple of them -
'Your life lies before you
Like a sheet of untrodden snow.
Be careful how you tread it
For every print will show'!
It used to be written very solemnly and received equally gravely without the slightest idea of the troubles which may befall or even 'treading on snow'!
There was another favourite one going around -
Your life is an echo, all comes back
The good, bad, false and the true
So give the world the best you have
And the best comes back to you'!
And now when you look back, you realise that these words were so true!
Have you accessed Kat Miller's Switchwords?
She gives a phrase for the day - every day!
Like today's is ABRAHAM LINCOLN - ALIGN - PASSION.
It means 'Resolve conflicts and reunite to support, creating a deep focus'.
Go to your breath a few times and repeat this in your mind.
Any results you would like to share any time, you are most welcome!
There are 2 questions on the wonderful technique of Ho'ponopono from Farida.
Let's take them one by one.
1. What is the right method of doing Ho'ponopono?
Become aware of your breath for a few minutes.
When you practise on your breath a few times, you will get into a rhythm and your mind will quieten faster.
Bring the person in your mind.
Say the four sentences -
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Alternatively, let your mind be blank, then repeat the sentences a few times.
Someone or other usually pops up and stays for a while.
2.Do I have to chant 'Ho'ponopono' along with the 4 lines?
No, Ho'ponopono is the name of the meditation or technique.
It means 'to right a wrong'.
Or 'to rectify an error'.
If there are tears, let them flow.
Sometimes, one may realise after a while that there are only the first 2 or the last 2 sentences being said.
Go to the whole set with awareness but if this repeats, it's fine.
You may owe only those feelings to that person.
Let your higher self decide and follow it.
Let me give you a Switchword phrase you can use every day - !
Today is a 'MAGIC-DAZZLE-ENCHANTED-DAY'!
It means Today is an enchanted, brilliant and captivating day!
Go on, create your own magic!
ENJOY!

Switchwords
Hi Folks !
I am going to write about Switchwords today, a topic I have been wanting to share for a long time.
Let's refresh ourselves about who we are before we plunge into this ocean.
Any idea as to who we actually are?!
You don't remember Maria?!?!
Let's start at the very beginning!
A very good place to start!
We are, each one of us,beings of spirit who have chosen a physical body to play out our chosen roles on this earth.
When we ponder over something, answer, think on the inputs we receive all the time through all our senses, we are actually reacting to the vibrations we are receiving from those sources.
We are energy beings at the core, and that is what we react to.
If you see a dear friend after a long time, you are going to feel a thrilling sensation which is going to go beyond your physical body and envelope him/her in your warmth.
Similarly, if you wish for something with a quiet, positive determination, it is going to come to you, sooner than later.
Now we want sooooooooooooo many things this very moment, but they do not materialise when we want.
Would there be a way to get our wishful thoughts on their way to quicker fulfilment?
There is - and that's what Switchwords are.
Lets get to the definition.
A switchword is the essence of an experience,a condition or a desired result, expressed as a single word.
One can 'declare, affirm, chant, sing,or even just mentally 'intend'- and the desired result reliably appears'.
It was J. T. Mangan who introduced this concept in his book 'The Secret of Fine Living'which has an exhaustive, alphabetical list of Switchwords.
So how do these work?
They work like a switch, focusing all the energy on a single point like a laser beam.
For example,
AROUND is the switchword to 'gain or improve perspective'.
BUBBLE - is to 'expand beyond perceived limitations; get energised; get excited'.
Some Switchwords may seem confusing, or non-sensical -
eg, Hole is for being attractive or appealing.
How? you may ask-!
Well, holes always attract attention, wherever they are,and the ultimate is the Black Hole from which even light cannot escape!
I find some of them quite cute, but there is one which I seem to use pretty often - Reach!and it has worked every time.
It is to locate missing stuff like keys and books and the mobile-on-silent!
Once, I was looking for some keys which I did not find and I thought -
Ha!What a let-down!
But later in the day, I was told they had been found approximately at the same time when I had focussed on them with 'Reach'!
Apart from this list, which, since the original by Mangan has gone into various Individual, Personal and Universal lists, there are two wonderful words which go with all of them.
They add a punch.
One is 'Together', the chanting of which makes us aware of the existing togetherness in all the aspects of our life.
It could be our mind-body and spirit, the various levels of our consciousness and so on.
It is an all-encompassing powerful word.
The other is 'Divine'.
It represents the highest good, the highest level of consciousness, excellence and so on.
When you focus on a Switchword along with TOGETHER and DIVINE it releases powerful positive energies which work towards manifesting the intention.
For example, TOGETHER-DIVINE-BLUFF will help you overcome nervousness or a conscious fear.
Similarly, TOGETHER-DIVINE-LOVE would aid in generating, radiating and experiencing love and acceptance.
Switchwords have come a long way and there are many who have gone deeply into it, experienced the magic and shared generously with all.
Kat Miller is one such person who has an open forum on fb.
You can take her guidance for specific issues and she - and many other followers - will give you great guidance.
So google the list.
Choose wisely.
And create your own magic!
Enjoy!
