Do Past Life Regression for FUN
Hows Life?!
Hi Life!
How are these folks treating you?!
What do you think will be the answer?!
Positive, I'm sure!
It's great for me!
A Marathi transliteration of our Blog has started to appear in the monthly magazine 'MAHER', from January 2010.
I started with Ho'oponopono!
I'm smitten by it!
Any particular posts you would like your folks to read in Marathi?
Do let me know.
Lets start with Sneha's questions-
1. If someone has learnt all the lessons, can he still take rebirth to do good to mankind?
Of course he can, and thankfully for us, such high souls do!
In the entire journey of the soul, it first gets over its 1. Fear of sheer survival,
2. Fears of security and 3. The will to dominate.
A soul spends hundreds of lifetimes in these 3 stages, learning lessons of trust, courage, strength, dealing with greed, ego etc.
During this period, the reactions are immediate and they are fear-based.
In the 4th stage, the soul begins its spiritual journey and starts to look inwards. He finds there are now pressing questions like 'Who am I?'
From the fourth stage onwards, the responses start to become more and more measured and they are love-based.
Souls take more and more time in the life-between-life stage and chalk out their tasks for the next birth, with the help of their Spiritual guides.
It is the 5th stage souls who have largely finished with their learning and are now advanced who, many times, choose to take birth to help out the messed-up mankind!
From the 1st to the 4th stages, choice grows according to the lessons learnt and the Earth is the only place of learning.
The souls who have developed to the 5th, choose out of their own free will.
Mahatma Gandhi and Dr Martin Luther King are two people who definitely come into this category but we could add many more names to this category.
People who are working tirelessly to stop violence, to spread love and understanding, who go beyond religion and colour and caste and nationality.
There are a couple of posts on The Soul's 7 Stage,The Chakras etc.
Do read them.
2. Now for the 2nd query-
Can PLR be taken to know good things from the past even if there is no particular botheration in present life?
Yes, Of Course!
It is a wonderful method of finding out your Purpose of Life!
Each of us have had Genius lifetimes, Successful lifetimes, Happy ones and so on.
You can go to any one and see if you can access any skill from them, like a hobby or liking for something or even a language.
Or just experience it!
You can see how many lifetimes you and your dear friend have shared, in what relationship and circumstances!
PLR gives one an invaluable perspective of your present life.
It also gives you the Bigger Picture of your journey.
Go for it!
Enjoy!!
Lets look at Omkar's experiment and experience with Ho'oponopono which he has shared in his comments.
You know, I would have never thought of using it in such a context!
Its great!
The loud noise came into his awareness and he did the steps to still the one inside him which then silenced the one outside!
Wonderful!
So long for now-
Love-

Peace Begins With Me
Start sowing seeds of little-little joys and smiles and happiness, and enjoy the harvest all the year through!
We tend to think of time in big, unmanageable slots.
Like 'the whole of last year' or 'an entire month' and 'its been soooo long' and so on.
Or worse,' all my life', and the perennial favourites -'never' and 'always'!
None of these time spans bear down on us all together at the same time.
Its always one moment at a time.
One breath at a time.
One seed at a time.
So get into the habit of smiling.
Of saying a big 'Thank You' to the Mother Earth.
The sun, the breeze, the animals, the sky, the trees and shrubs and snow and water and air.
To all the systems in your body which are working quietly, many, without you even being aware of them!
Make a promise to them that you will not interefere in their function, will show your gratitude by being more respectful.
It is important, because we do most of our evolving when we are in the physical body.
When we die and leave it, we cannot rectify the mistakes or the abuse done to it or through it.
For that, we have to take another body, which is going to come with all that has happened to it earlier.
Did any of you do the cleansing as explained in the last post?
What were the results?
Did you feel lighter?
Better?
Could you let things go?
Could you remind yourself, albeit belatedly at times, that there could be a ' bigger picture' and that what was perceived could only be a part of it?
I read that in New York, they had placed shredding machines and people lined up to shred and get rid of bad memories !
That was great, don't you think?!
This is the first post of the new year, and to me, it's one of making a committment to myself.
To remain aware, especially in annoying/irritating times, that PEACE BEGINS WITH ME.
Its ancient Hawaiian wisdom, taught by late Morrnah Simeona and so universal in nature!
It does not necessarily negate your own experience of pain or injustice at the hands of another.
It just empowers you to get over it and move ahead without the baggage.
Emotional baggage and hurt and unshed tears which are pushed down to deep recesses of the mind, fester and poison and ruin the life.
It creates violence which erupts every now and then at unrelated situations because the bubbling cauldron is not 'deep within' the mind now, but at the surface.
So acknowledge its existence for a brief moment.
Then work longer on it to calm it and cool it.
Mentally, step back and stop feeding the anger and violence.
Instead, do the Ho'Oponopono.
Rectify the wrongs'
Say 'I'm Sorry', 'Please Forgive Me', 'I love You' and 'Thank You'.
As there is nothing 'out there', as everything is right inside, let Peace begin with you.
So long for now.
The next posts will be from US.
With new experiences, different perspectives!
Have a great year!
