Exit Points - 1

Hi Folks !

Life is wonderful!Including the small print!

Isn't it ?!

Take a quiet, aware breath and Smile!

First, lets take a look at the questions.

Omkar agrees that being stolen from is wrong, but wants to know, whats wrong in stealing from others?!

Aaaahhhhhhhhhhh !

That's priceless !

Its true that everyone should be aware of these things -

Of all of us being Beings of Energy, that it can be stolen and that it should be safeguarded.

But just because someone isn't and we flick from them, we become a part of a chain which steals blatantly.

What goes around, comes around to.

Rest assured, we will be stolen from too.

Lets take an example.

A has a friend X who has problems which may be physical, social, emotional or financial.

X calls up A and complains endlessly about the whole world plotting against him, that nobody can escape Karma and we have to undergo defeat and death and so on.

He is careful to make A feel strong and superior.

What does A do ?

A will take off with sympathy and patience, talking endlessly. X will butt in only a few times, enough to drive A to launch even more vigorously, feeling very intelligent and wise and kind.

After 20 mins or an hour, - whatever A's capacity or ego allows, the conversation ends with X thanking profusely (hopefully) and A feeling on top of the world and indispensible to X. Or X will pretend to agree morosely - or still believe that the whole world is out to mess with poor, simple guys like him.

A's self-congratulatory bubble will last for awhile or longer, but he will be irritable, unsettled, and take it out on unsuspecting family members, colleagues, friends - or criticise the politicians, the government, the stupid movies, the traffic etc.

Has this happened to you?

Energy-Stealers do not come with a lable on their forehead, and they keep changing.

They will keep coming at you if they find your Bank loaded and unprotected.

Dont blame them, secure yourself by remaining aware of your thoughts.

And dont be one!

Omkar's next question is important.

How does one stop being a part of someone else's drama?

In the same case of Mr X, if you listen for a minute with sympathy but stop the tirade, if you do not get carried away in his emotions, if you do not identify yourself with his problems, you can mainain that required distance and be of real help.

In this case, you will be able to be stern if required, or kind or patient but that distance will ensure that your suggestions are sensible and workable for him.

If he really takes them up, he will benifit, if not you will have atleast not leaked your energy.

Omkar also wanted examples of the 6 types of Energy Stealers.

A friend of mine did an excellent exercise and Im passing it to you.

She and her husband wrote the 6 types as headings on a sheet of paper each.

They read each description carefully and wrote the names of people they knew who fitted in that category.

Later, they checked with eachother and it was Bull's Eye all the way !

Having identified them, they are now both careful and relaxed.

Do it !

Lets come to an extremely interesting topic now-

Ranjana wants to know about Death's Exit Points.

As usual -

Lets start at the very beginning!

A very good place to start!

Understand, that we are here on this earth right now, in this body, this country, this family, job, set of problems, loved ones, hated ones etc. etc. because we chose to be so.

It was our own considered decision arrived at when we were clear-headed, working with our higher consciousness and a host of wise spiritual guides.

Remember, there are no Coincidences.

(You can read that post again !)

We made our own Life Plan and fitted in all the lessons we wanted to learn and teach.

Others came in, agreeing to play their parts because it fitted in with their requirements for their own growth.

(You can read that post on Pre - Birth Choices again, too )!

We make reasonable allowances for things to happen and hope they will work out the way we want them to, but we do keep a choice of leaving earlier than the pre-decided moment of death.

There are said to be 5 such exit-points in a lifetime and there are two reasons for taking one of them.

1. You realise that you have not been able to get over your habit-pattern and have missed out on the opportunities which would have led you to complete your self-determined tasks.

Do you remember the case I had mentioned in an earlier post of a short-tempered father and a slobbish son?

The mother in question, in her PLR session, relayed her husband's actual words -Im taking this exit because it is the only thing which may shake him up.

2. You realise that all that you had set out to do, has actually happened and there is no need for you to hang on until your pre-determined moment.

It may seem horrific to others when someone dies after achieving something great after a struggle or hard work, more so if they die young, but it could be because their life's main mission has been accomplished.

They've solved their exam paper in much less time than that given and are now off!

It could be a Doctor, a proffessional, a young man -

There are a couple of things to remember here, very, very important ones!

THIS is not our real home, we are at school here and our true home is where we go after we die.

There are times when we do very well and get a double promotion. We stay in the class for just a couple of months and go on to the next one because we know whatever is going to be taught in that class. We may work harder and work towards it too, and find things falling in place just so.

What does one do in the next class?

Why, carry on, of course.

And just like you may do some work and read up on the topics of next year in the holidays, after dying here, you may continue with your experiments in the Sciences, arts or music or whatever, in the In - Between dimensions too.

Exit Points are of our own choice.

We choose our death, whether in the larger plan or in a change like this after a lot of discussion over a long period of time.

It is not a hasty decision and never forced on any person.

There !

You see, all along you thought Life was interesting and intriguing!

Now dying seems even more so !

Doesn't it?!

For a natural, happy death, live a happy life!

And do your Homework !

The Good And Evil

Hi Folks -!

There's some great news I want to share.

My Marathi translation of Dr. K. Newton's book has been published.

You can find out how to get the original English one from his website -

http://www.liferesearchacademy.com/

AS for mine, its available in bookshops.

Its name is brilliantly original - 'Past Life Regression' !

What else could it be?!

Do read and send your comments, suggestions etc.

Its DIWALI again, the festival of lights which symbolises the end of darkness.

There are many stories connected to this celebration, the most popular being, after vanquishing Ravana, the arrival of Lord Rama to his kingdom Ayodhya with wife Sita and brother Laxman.

It was the new-moon night, they were to reach before dawn, so the people of Ayodhya hung lamps on trees and poles, placed more outside their houses, cleaned and decorated their homes and the whole kingdom and burst crackers in joy and anticipation.

They were basically celebrating the victory of Goodness over Evil.

I heard an extremely interesting thought on the four Yug or Eras as they are known in the Hindu Mythology.

The First was the SAT YUG, in which the good and evil fought in the forms of Gods and Demons.

The Second was the TRETA YUG in which this fight was between two countries or land-masses, and we had the Ramayana, when old Bharat(India) and Sri Lanka went to war.

The Third was the DWAPAR YUG, in which one large family got divided and was pitted against each-other.We had the Mahabharata, and the Kauravs and Pandavs decimating each-other!

Most interestingly, right now, we are in the Fourth one, the KALI YUG, where the good and bad inside each one of us will fight each-other!

Awesome, isn't it?!

Now, who do you think is winning in you?!

Think, before pointing fingers!

There are some interesting questions - !

Omkar wants to know the effect on Energy Stealers when they steal.

Lets see, why do they steal?

It is because they have none of their own.

The physical body can do without food and water for a while but one cannot live without energy or Prana as it is called.

When one is hungry, the hunger pangs are easily recognisable to most people, so they eat something.

Thirst is similarly identifiable so one goes of for a drink of water.

What happens when you are hurt, angry, left behind, feel controlled, helpless, furious, poor - me?

The root cause may be far away, beyond reach or indifferent, and you are stewing.

What does it do to you?

The anger binds you to those negative thoughts and you think them over and over again, draining your own energy in the bargain.

A drink of water does not help. Alcohol is the worst you can do in this situation as it only accelerates the negative emotions.

What we usually do, is take it out on someone else, many times, totally unconnected.

As we rave or rant, howl, cry, shout, become aloof, throw favourite tantrums and they respond, our empty vessel starts to fill!

We fill it up as much as they allow us, remember that.

Then we feel nice and strong and wander off.

Thats why energy stealers steal, to feel strong on atleast borrowed energy because they do not know how to generate their own and how not to stew.

The wholesome remedy?

Connect to the Universal source which is infinite.

How?

Meditate.

Now for the second question -

How does one connect with the Master with or without Meditation or Past Life Regression?

In PLRs, in the cave, many people see completely different Masters/Guides from their Gods or Saints.

Each one of us has them, thats for sure, but I dont know of any other sure-fire way to connect with them.

There are spirits of all temperaments floating around, earth-bound, because they've been unwilling or unable to let go and move ahead.

An angry, upset, negative mind is more likely to attract similar entities.

What kind of a being do you want to eventually be?

One has to make a start somewhere, so calming the mind, making it still, learning to watch the thoughts come and go without now letting them overpower you - these are excellent tools of avoiding energy-stealing, energy from being stolen and connecting to the higher intelligence.

This is also called Meditation!

Now there are 2 very interesting questions which I would like to answer in detail but I will do it in the next post as this is already long enough.

Chew on this one!

Be Happy.

Enjoy Diwali even if you are not celebrating.

With Love-

Is death planned or unplanned?

Hi folks !

Meeting you all after a month!

How's Life been?

It was hectic and wonderful for me.

Learnt so many new aspects of behaviour from Past Life Regression sessions!

Lets take up the questions one by one-!

Omkar wants to know how to transpond good thoughts.

I take it to mean, to give and receive.

When you are feeling happy, good about anything, feel like smiling for no reason, feeling large-hearted and forgiving and joyous, consciously say to yourself that you want others to be happy too. Whosoever flashes in front of your mind's eye, friend or enemy, human or non-human, alive or dead, give away all your wonderful feelings to them.

In doing so, you sow seeds of giving happiness to others and make place for more good things to come to you.

Then you give again !

It's actually a win-win situation for all!

In giving away these powerful vibrations of joy and peace, one also rids onself of layers of grossness of self-centred thought and behaviour.

Its the same in receiving.

Someone may be giving you Metta Bhavana, thoughts of loving kindness, and though not aware of the fact, you may still come up with a happy memory connected to them.

Keep giving gratitude to all for all the goodness they are sending your way.

Your awareness will grow.

You will feel calm and peaceful even in tough circumstances.

Now let's take Arun's query-

I am sorry to hear about his friend who passed away so early.

My sympathies are for those left behind.

He's asked a very important question-

Are there unplanned or uneventful deaths?

Or is everything planned and decided?

Go back to the post on Pre- Birth Choices and Agreements.

One may choose a certain task for oneself to be accomplishd in a lifetime.

One chooses a partner and makes an agreement.

It may include other members of the family too.

Lets take an example.

There is a boy who has a long history over many lifetimes, of laziness and emotional manipulation to ensure he does no work.

He now wants to change.

'A' agrees to be his father to help him out of his lethargy.

He also wants to get rid of his short temper and be a more open and loving father to him.

No one remembers these self-chosen exams so the father may continue to nag and blow up according to his old pattern.

The boy uses this as an excuse and withdraws in a shell and becomes a slob.

The Sub- Conscious mind is the repository of all the deeds, impressions, decisions of all the past lives and the lives in-between.

So at a level not in the conscious realm, the father may realise that the script isn't going the right way at all.

He's unable to change his habit-pattern of shouting at the boy or putting him down.

And the boy is looking for excuses to not do anything at all.

To achieve the boy's wish of standing on his own feet, the father may then decide to withdraw.

It could be a heart-attack, a stroke or an accident.

This is going to shake up the son and soon, he will have to make an effort to study or work.

This choice of withdrawing mid-way is done after a lot of consultation with one's Spiritual guides and Masters.

It is gone into in depth, all consequences thought over for many months and then the decision taken because the father's, the mother's and a few other people's agreements are also involved.

In case the boy still does not learn, he will have to choose a difficult life of poverty the next time around, when he has to work right from the beginning.

Yes, I have had a case like that when the father came and explained to the mother that this is what he had consciously done.

Death is intriguing, to say the least!

One can not say for sure which was planned and which one was natural!

You can definitely help in whichever way you can.

Omkar has mentioned Garud Purana.

I googled it-

It has a bit of a scary list of life after death!

Our ancestors knew a lot, thats for sure!

Keep sowing seeds of happiness, forgiveness, love and gratitude.

It becomes a habit in no time.

You will feel lighter and peaceful.
